Ing. Jana Matošková, Ph.D.

Jana works as an assistant professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. She is responsible for leading courses such as Human Resources Management I, Human Resources Management II, and Managerial Methods and Techniques. Moreover, she has also participated in courses for management in private sector. Her research interests are mainly focused on human resources management, managerial skills, career management, knowledge sharing, and tacit knowledge of managers. Jana has been involved in several research projects. She has written more than 70 publications.

Ing. Zuzana Crhová, Ph.D.

Zuzana works as an assistant professor at the Department of Finance and Accounting, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The topic of her dissertation thesis was knowledge sharing and its impact on performance of companies. She is responsible for leading courses such as Accounting Basics, Financial Accounting, and Health Economics. She has been a member of various research projects focused on insolvency, accounting, and primarily on knowledge sharing. Zuzana has 25 publications in journals and conference proceedings.

Ing. Petra Benyahya, Ph.D.

Petra works as an assistant professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. She is responsible for leading courses such as Culture of Managerial Communication, Business Ethics, Culture of Spoken and Written Communication, Communication Practice, Managerial Communication, and Business Negotiation. Moreover, she participates in seminars in Human Resources Management I and Work Systems. Petra is also involved in leading courses for management in private sector. Her research is focused on development of managerial skills, knowledge sharing, and the relationship between knowledge sharing and corporate culture. Thus, she has been engaged in several research projects, for instance in projects of Technology Agency of Czech Republic focused on potential of employees with the age over 50; Grant Agency of Czech Republic focused on tacit knowledge of managers; Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports focused on competitiveness of Czech industrial producers. Petra lectured at various European universities via Erasmus programme, mainly in France, Finland, Poland, and Belgium.

Ing. Lucie Tomancová, Ph.D.

Lucie works as an assistant professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Furthermore, she was a project manager at the Centre for Applied Economic research at the same faculty from 2007 to 2016. She is responsible for leading courses such as Managerial Ethics, Business Ethics, Ethics in Health Sector, Project Management Basics, Project Management I, and Project Management II. Lucie has been a certified Social Responsibility Manager since 2010, plus she has been a part of evaluation committee for the National Prize for Corporate Social Responsibility in the Czech Republic. Her research is focused on managerial ethics, corporate social responsibility, and corporate culture. She has been involved in several research projects with a number of papers and studies.

Doc. PhDr. Ing. Aleš Gregar, CSc.

Aleš works as an associated professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. He is responsible for leading courses such as Human Resources Management, Work Systems, and Bata Management System. Aleš has led numerous research projects focused on concepts of personnel management and the role of human resources management in strategic business management for competitiveness. Recently, he has been dedicated to research of human resources management specifics in relation to the work potential of employees with the age over 50, and in relation to the digitalization of production within Smart Factory (Industry 4.0). Aleš studied and lectured at universities in Great Britain, Finland, Portugal, Poland, and Hungary. He published in domestic and foreign journals with over 140 papers and studies.Aleš works as an associated professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. He is responsible for leading courses such as Human Resources Management, Work Systems, and Bata Management System. Ing. Lucie Macurová, Ph.D.

Lucie works as an assistant professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Information Systems, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Her research is focused on logistics, customer-supplier relationship, material and information flow management, and production processes. Lucie published in domestic and foreign journals and presented her outcomes at numerous conferences. She was involved in projects in private sector, mainly in innovative voucher "Innovation of Moulded Polypropylene Packaging by Innovation and Stabilization of Production and Supporting Processes'' in Grainer Packaging, along with projects under Operational Programmes.

Ing. Lukáš Danko, Ph.D.

Lukáš works as an assistant professor at the Department of Regional Development, Public sector administration and Law, Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. He is responsible for leading courses such as Economic Geography, Regional Analysis I, and Public Sector Finance. Lukáš participated in various projects dedicated to cultural and creative industries (CCI) and strategic documents for the public sector administration. His research is focused on creative cluster development, regional innovation systems, and public policy issues. Lukáš has 10 publications in journals and conference proceedings.
